Niido Air B&B

www.niidonashville.com

This might be my new favorite spot to stay in Nashville! It is in a great location, right off Broadway downtown, which makes it perfect for getting around. The lobby and the coffeehouse entrance are beautiful, hardwood floors in the apartments make everything feel clean and crisp, to name a couple of things that stand out. It has a huge gym, with a climbing wall, the rooftop is crisp, spacious and a great place to hang out with friends, it has a pool, rooftop lounge and tends to be cheaper than most hotels. Many of the rooms you can rent come with themes, for example, you can stay in the cat-themed room or the Dolly room. We stayed in the Family Friendly two style loft, that was so spacious and had an exit out to the street, incase we wanted to bypass the lobby. Watch my Nashville Instagram stories for pics and videos.

The Locale

The Locale is another Air B&B, but this one is located in Midtown. I rented a one bedroom studio, and it was adorable and perfect! It had a bed, couch, full kitchen, walk-in shower, and a huge closet. The check in and check out process is all done over your phone, so it makes everything very easy. Again, this property is much cheaper than most of the hotels in Nashville.

Bobby Hotel

This is the hotel with the cute igloos on the roof that all the instagramers are posting about lately! The rooftop is absolutely worth a visit if only for a drink inside the bus they have on the roof or the igloos, with fireplaces and blankets. The inside is stunning! I haven't had a chance to stay here yet, but definitely putting it on the list after visiting.

Hermitage Hotel

If you are looking for a historic and elegant hotel in Nashville this would be it; the building has been around since 1910. It has a beautiful lobby and it was voted #1 Hotel by the reader of Conde Naste Traveler.

Thompson Hotel

I absolutely love this hotel! It is located about a mile outside of the heart of downtown, in an area called the Gulch. It is a more upscale and hip vibe and has some nicer shopping and eating options, including Biscuit Love, Sambuca, Kayne Prime, Lucchese, and the famous Angel Wings. It has a cool Southern hip farmhouse vibe; the rooms are all hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows and come with a record player. Amenities include a twenty-four-hour gym, a fantastic restaurant downstairs and a coffee shop.

One of the best parts of the Thompson is the bar on the roof, LA Jackson. It is the place to see and be seen in Nashville. In February I was there while Kristen Cavallari filmed her reality show here, Very Cavallari. They also have fantastic group drinks and a great view of downtown!

The Westin

If you are looking for something with a great central location, a pool with a glass wall on the roof, and a spa this would be it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is small but has a fantastic view and a fun bar L27. The location is ideal for downtown access, but expect noise because of all the new construction happening. It is across the street from the convention center and one block from the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The Hilton

The best part of the Hilton is the location. It is one block from the heart of downtown and next door to Bridgestone Arena, so perfect for Predators games, concerts at Bridgestone, or the CMA Awards or festival. Its rooms are suites so it's ideal for Bachelorette/Bachelor parties because you can sleep up to 6.

The Omni

Again this is an excellent hotel with a great location. Located downtown within a few blocks of Broadway. The pros are it has a nice pool, which is hard to find in Nashville, and a fantastic restaurant called Kitchen Notes for Brunch, and a beautiful spa.
